These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Plombier Marseille Provence (PMP) to its individual or professional clients.

3. Prices and quotes
Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
Each intervention can be the subject of a written quote before execution, upon simple request from the client.
Any service that has commenced is payable in full.

4. Payment
Payment is due in cash at the end of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods are: cash, bank card, or bank transfer.

5. Guarantees
The installed equipment is guaranteed according to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
The installation is guaranteed for 1 year against any installation defects.

6. Liability
PMP cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from misuse of the facilities after intervention.

7. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Marseille.

8. Personal data
